1. Wellness footbath (10 minutes). Prepare luke-warm water with a cup of sea salt and a couple of drops of
sage oil.
2. Customer is served a cup of tea and you start with a pedicure, then a foot massage or foot reflex zone massage with Cerasome Regenerative.
3. Lie your customer down and give a face treatment appropriate to the skin type, the season and the customer's wishes. The booklet contains suggestions.
4. Integrate the recommended brest treatment appropriate to the skin type, the season and the customers wishes. This booklet contains suggestions.
5. Next comes a manicure followed by a hand and underarm massage as far as the elbows using THALASSO Hand.
6. Give a light abdomen massage with gentle clockwise strokes. Use the massage oil from the Dr. Hofmann range or THALASSO OIL.
7. Now massage the legs, starting at the ankles, using gentle pressure upwards and no pressure on the way back. Gently knead the thigh with light pressure.
8. Sit your customer upright slowly. Ask whether they need to use the bathroom. Offer them another cup of tea.
9. Place the bed in the flat massage position and have the customer lie on their abdomen.
10. Now comes the cellulite treatment (also described as a special treatment in this booklet). You can increase the success of the treatment using ultrasound.
11. Exfoliate your customer's back with a sea salt/oil mixture (teaspoon of sea salt mixed with plenty of cleaning oil).
12. Mix 2 teaspoons of THALASSO Mud with hot water into a homogenous mixture.
13. Moisten the back using THALASSO algae gel from the THALASSO.
14. Range and lay damp guaze on the areas to be treated.
15. Now apply the mud to the guaze using a brush and cover the back with Kleenex or crepe paper.
16. Cover your customer up and leave the mask to work for about 10-15 minutes.
17. Then remove most of the mud with the crepe paper and gauze, and wash the rest off with warm water.
18. Lastly, give your customer a relaxing back massage with massage oil or massage cream from the
Dr. Hofmann range.
Duration: Around 3 - 3.5 hours.
