Returns
1. All sales are final.
2. Replacement permitted only if there is any mistake in the order
or if products arrive with damages.
3. Order discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours after receipt of goods.
Participant must have the original invoice from Rosagraf or
request will be rejected.
Damaged Shipment
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you
inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and
take the following important steps if there appears to be
shipping damage:
1) Quickly contact your local FedEx for a Damage Inspection Report.
| 2) Request that FedEx return the merchandise to the address listed on
the package. Please do NOT return the merchandise yourself.
This may delay your reorder or credit.
3) Please feel free to call us at 1-800-359-0731 with any further questions. Please note, vendor policies for handling defective
merchandise supersede Rosagraf policy.

Sale Tax
We charge 6% for all Connecticut orders. We are a wholesaler so we do not
charge sales tax for orders outside the State of Connecticut.
Orders should arrive within 1-2 business days within close proximity to Baltimore.
If you live further than the East Coast, (Ex. California, Texas, etc.) then your
order could take 2-4 business days.
