Application - Cover the couch with a plastic sheet. Soak the bandages in very hot water (tip: Adding sea salt will increase the effect). Spread the gel evenly and generously over the legs, bottom, abdomen and hips. Wring out the soaked bandages and start wrapping the right leg from the metatarsals upwards. Wrap with the bandage held taut and applying light pressure. Then wrap the left leg in exactly the same way. Get the client to lift her bottom and continue wrapping until just below the bust. Now wrap the plastic sheet around the client and cover with a blanket. Allow taking effect for approx. 20 – 30 minutes. Remove the bandages and gently massage the legs with Active Lotion working towards the heart. | IMPORTANT: Use disposable gloves or wash the hands well after applying the products. The improved circulation will be felt gradually and your client will feel relaxed and at ease from top to toe. |
